Shikhar Dhawan Divorce: Court Approval and Son’s Access

In a surprising turn of events, Indian cricket sensation Shikhar Dhawan divorce has officially divorced his wife, Ayesha Mukherjee, as confirmed by the Family Court situated in the Patiala House complex in Delhi. This marks the end of a decade-long relationship that had its share of ups and downs.

The court’s verdict, delivered by Family Court Judge Harish Kumar, acknowledged the mental distress caused to Shikhar Dhawan due to years of separation from his only son. The court stressed that Shikhar Dhawan, renowned as an international cricketer, has not only rights as a citizen but also responsibilities as a father. It emphasized the importance of the child’s right to spend time with his father and extended family.
