SpaceX, the renowned aerospace manufacturer, has recently clinched a deal to propel Europe’s eminent navigation and secure communications satellites into space, as reported by The Wall Street Journal.

The European Union’s governing arm, the European Commission, in conjunction with the EU member nations, is on the brink of providing their final endorsement for this partnership. Sources familiar with the matter revealed these details to the Journal.

The European Space Agency and SpaceX have reportedly sealed the pact for two anticipated launches in the coming year. These launches are expected to carry a pair of Galileo satellites each, shared Javier Benedicto, the agency’s navigation director.

Elon Musk’s SpaceX, famed for its groundbreaking endeavors in space technology, will utilize its Falcon 9 rocket for these launches, staging the takeoff from US soil.
